Hello, I’m Migdy!

My name is Migdalia M. Sánchez Ortiz, my relatives call me Migdy.
If you’re here, you’re already one of them.

I hold a Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in counseling, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, and I am a life coach with over 15 years of experience guiding young people and adults through transformation and leadership processes. I have experience creating spaces where people can question their beliefs, understand their history, and build a freer and more authentic version of themselves.

I’m known for my direct yet loving style, without unnecessary filters, and for my deep commitment to responsibility and excellence. I believe in speaking frankly, offering support without judgment, and helping you stop pretending and start being yourself.

I don’t come with a magic wand, but I do bring real tools to help you understand yourself, challenge yourself, and reinvent yourself, with the clear intention of contributing and opening up possibilities.

If there’s one thing that defines me, it’s that I don’t just preach what I do; I practice what I preach, driven by the love, gratitude, and resilience that define me. I believe in what’s possible, in what you haven’t yet tried, and in everything you can become if you permit yourself to be yourself.

Hello, I’m Clau!

Hello, my name is Claudio E. Soriano Alvarez… although many call me Clau.

I have a master’s degree in Manufacturing and Process Engineering, and I’m also a life coach. I’ve been a day trader for over 20 years, and I moderate one of the largest trading communities in the United States. I’m passionate about solving problems and helping young people discover new possibilities for their lives.

I read an average of 30 books a year on topics such as human behavior, finance, and trading because I believe we should never stop learning. And when I’m not working or reading, I’m definitely enjoying time with Migdy and our kids.

If there’s one thing I’ve struggled with, it’s living authentically. Not because I didn’t know who I was, but because I felt like I didn’t fit in, that I wasn’t understood, or that I had to adapt to what others expected of me. And yes, that hurts… but it also teaches you something. Over the years, I’ve learned that one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself is to live from the place of who you choose to be, even though it’s not always easy.

I didn’t come here to pretend; I came here to live with intention. If anything defines me, it’s that I’m not afraid to make people uncomfortable if it means awakening a real purpose in you.

I know what it’s like to be surrounded by people who don’t add anything positive to your life, to feel alone in your questions, or to have no idea where to begin. That’s why I’m here. I don’t come with magic answers or cheap advice, but rather to invite you to open yourself up to new possibilities, to look at yourself head-on, and to permit yourself to be you.
